Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

At Foster Family Law, we are dedicated to creating an advantage for everyone, including people with disabilities. In order to create that advantage, we are committed to ensuring our services are accessible and available to everyone in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and respects the individual’s self-worth, dignity, and independence.

Feedback Procedure

If you have received legal services from Foster Family Law, we invite your feedback regarding the manner in which we provide services to those with disabilities. While we strive to do our best to ensure we are meeting all standards, we recognize there can always be room for improvement. Please let us know how we are doing – both good and bad. Please provide us the following information by mail, email or other means in any manner suitable to you:

  • Date and Time of Incident
  • Service, Event and/or Individual(s) Involved
  • Did you have trouble accessing any of our services? If yes, please explain why.
  • Were you pleased by the service you received by our staff? Please explain your answer.
  • Is there anything Foster Family Law could do to make it easier for you to access our services?
  • Please indicate if you are a current client or prospective client.
  • Please provide any details of your experience.
  • What could we do to improve our service to you?

If the feedback you provide raises serious concerns with respect to our delivery of services to persons with disabilities, we will provide a response to your concerns in three (3) business days.
